We're sorry to see you go. You can request the deletion of your ReadyToSay account and all associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account
From the App
Open ReadyToSay → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Via Email
Send an email to privacy@readytosay.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
- All conversation and practice session history
- Progress data, achievements, and streaks
- Subscription data (billing records may be retained as required by law)
- Analytics data linked to your account
30-Day Grace Period
After your deletion request, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time, your account is deactivated but your data is preserved. You can reactivate your account by simply logging back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
